"Shopify no longer offers a native product review feature. Its former Product Reviews app was removed on May 6, 2024, so it can no longer be installed, existing reviews are no longer accessible in the Shopify admin, and reviews from that app no longer display on stores."
What a bunch of BS like what modern eCommerce platform does not have the ability to allow customers to review their orders.... All our thousands of duly earned feedbacks disappeared at the end of a bean-counters pen!

Naturally over time we have striven to improve our products and customer experience, Probably the largest complaint was shipping time. This has been resolved as you can discover by reviewing recent feedback, ever since we moved into a larger facility where we now maintain a quick to ship inventory whilst still offering customized built to order options which do understandably take longer, our shipping times have been excellent for a hand made to order product.
